Resistance welding
The production takes place on medium-frequency machines manufactured by NIMAK and the FANUC/NIMAK robotic welding cell. Automated welding fixtures can also be produced for larger series.
Tradition since 1997
The tool-making was upgraded with serial production in 1997. The manufacture of serial products is, thus, based on our own tools, which is of strategic importance for our company. The company manufactures products which are 0.2 to 6 mm thick.
Cold forming on eccentric presses
We produce geometrically demanding serial products from stainless steel. Our production programme also includes products from galvanized steel sheet, ordinary sheet metal, aluminium and other metals. We have eccentric presses 25 t to 630 t in size.
MIG/MAG welding
The production takes place on the YASKAWA-MOTOMAN/SKS robotic welding cell. Modern technology enables welding of various materials with reduced spatter.
Surface processing
Upon request, the products can also be deburred and degreased.
